Covered BBQ facilities and a children's playground are located on-site, along with a laundry room and free parking adjacent to each cabin. The log cabins also offer wood burning fireplaces from May to October, with firewood supplied for the first night and additional bags available for purchase.

Select accommodations include a spa bath, and all cabins are fitted with air conditioning and heating. The Two-Bedroom Villa and Two-Bedroom Cottage are large enough for multi-couple group stays, with ample storage and comfortable bedding.

Halls Gap Log Cabins sit directly within Grampians National Park, offering views of the Wonderland and Boronia Ranges. A 4 km sealed path opposite the property is open for walking and cycling, and hiking trails into the park start from the grounds. Halls Gap town center is a 20-minute walk away, where shops, cafes, and restaurants are available, and McKenzie Falls and local wineries are a short drive from the hotel.

Family

The cabins are family-friendly, with a children's playground and a small outdoor pool that is often quiet. Spacious two-bedroom cabins provide enough room for families, and the extensive grassed area behind the cabins is regularly visited by kangaroos, emus, and native birds. The property also offers a kids' outdoor play equipment and a designated smoking area separate from family zones.

Wildlife & Nature

Guests can see kangaroos, wallabies, emus, and deer grazing on the grounds in the morning and evening. The property is a quiet, rural setting with only 10 cabins spaced apart for privacy, allowing for wildlife observation without disturbance. Birdlife includes blue wrens, wattle birds, parrots, and kookaburras, all visible from the cabin porches.
